Martabaan, conceptualized by acclaimed chef Hemant Oberoi, is a contemporary classic dining destination at Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental. With four menus to choose from and options for indoor or outdoor seating, guests are treated to an exclusive culinary experience amidst opulent surroundings overlooking the Arabian Gulf. Chef Oberoi's renowned innovation in cuisine ensures a symphony of mystic flavors and creativity. 

  • Restaurant is operational on daily basis.
  • Guests are requested to reach 15 min prior to the venue.
  • Please wear smart casual and respectable clothes.
  • The venue reserves the right to refuse entry in case of non-compliance with park rules and regulations.
  • The management is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the visit.
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  • Food and beverages brought from outside are NOT allowed inside the premises.
  • Special Set Menu and Royal Set Menu, they are available for both lunch and dinner during operating hours from 12:30 PM to 22:00 PM

  • High Tea: 15:00 PM to 18:00 PM

  • Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
