• This is a one-way private transfer service and is only provided for locations within Doha
• Please ensure that you carry a valid ID proof or passport with you during the transfer.
• Kindly note that the availability of storage space will determine the acceptance of oversized or excess baggage.
• To facilitate a smooth transfer, please provide us with detailed information regarding the pick-up and drop-off location and time.
• In the event that guests do not report within the specified time, it will be considered a no show, and there will be no option for rescheduling or refund.
• To join this tour, you will need to have a layover of at least 8 hours at Doha airport.

Not allowed

• Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children between age 3 to 12 will be considered as child and charged child rate
• Children above age 12 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

• For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable. 
• If cancellation made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
• If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.
