• Tickets can only be used once and are not subject to refund or exchange of any kind whatsoever.
• Lost, damaged or stolen Tickets cannot be replaced, refunded, or exchanged in any manner.
• Children 0 - 3 years of age are free and will receive a complimentary ticket and can be collected at customer Service desk.
• Free admission for people of Determination
• Last entry 1 hour before closing of the venue

• Sunday - Thursday: 10:00 - 22:00
• Friday - Saturday: 10:00 - 12:00

• Children between the age of 03-12 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

• In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.
