• Children must be accompanied by an adult.
• Vouchers are redeemable at various City Sightseeing locations in the Dubai Mall (bus parking), the Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo (ground floor and second floor), Atlantis, The Palm, the JBR Beach (close to KFC Restaurant), and Souk Madinat Jumeirah. 
• Following the ticket redemption, guests can hop on at any designated attraction along the route. However, this does not apply to the Sunset and Night Tour, which operates as a single loop.  
• City Sightseeing buses are wheelchair-accessible. 

• Duration: Red route: 1 hour 30 min
• Blue route: 2 Hours 10 min
• Sunset and Night Tour: 2 Hours
• Starting Point: Dubai Mall (Daily: 09:00 am – 6:00 pm).

• There will be no refund for partly utilized services.
• No heavy luggage is allowed to be carried during this activity.

• Children above age 12 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

• For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable. 
• If cancellation made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
• If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.
