The fort served as the main residence of the Rajput rulers of the region for many years. Amber Fort is an integral part of the cultural heritage of Jaipur and Rajasthan. It reflects the opulence and grandeur of the Rajput rulers who resided there. The fort complex also includes the Sheesh Mahal (Hall of Mirrors), the Diwan-e-Khas (Hall of Private Audience), and the Diwan-e-Aam (Hall of Public Audience), all of which are significant historical and architectural attractions.
