• Please ensure that you carry a valid ID proof or passport with you during the transfer.
• Kindly note that the availability of storage space will determine the acceptance of oversized or excess baggage.
• To facilitate a smooth transfer, please provide us with detailed information regarding the pick-up and drop-off location and time.
• In the event that guests do not report within the specified time, it will be considered a no show, and there will be no option for rescheduling or refund.
• if you booked a sharing basis. You can expect other people to be traveling with you in the same vehicle.
• if you booked private tour, car will be exclusively by you or your group.
• This tour is not suitable for pregnant women or people with neck or back pain, or children under 3 years of age.
• The insurance covers passengers while traveling inside the provider's car only.
• The provider of the activity reserves the right to cancel a customer's booking in case of inclement weather or insufficient number of travelers, with a full refund to the customer.
• The duration of the tour includes the pick-up and drop-off times.
• Kids under 16 years old are not permitted to ride camels or quad bikes alone.
• However, it is acceptable for them to ride with adults.
• Quad bikes ride, camel ride, sand boarding are not covered by our insurance .
• Pickup Time may vary by 30 mins. The guide will contact you via call/WhatsApp.

• Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children between age 3 to 12 will be considered as child and charged child rate
• Children above age 12 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

• For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable. 
• If cancellation made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
• If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.
