• Cruise ship passengers are required to provide the following details when making a reservation: the name of the ship, the docking time, the disembarkation time, and the re-boarding time.
• At an additional cost, a multilingual guide may be used.
• Additional fee $15 per person for transportation from the airport or any Al Seeb Area hotels
• Please ensure that you carry a valid ID proof or passport with you during the transfer.
• Kindly note that the availability of storage space will determine the acceptance of oversized or excess baggage.
• To facilitate a smooth transfer, please provide us with detailed information regarding the pick-up and drop-off location and time.
• In the event that guests do not report within the specified time, it will be considered a no show, and there will be no option for rescheduling or refund.
• A copy of your current valid passport is required on the day of travel.

• Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

• All Cancellations made 12 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable. 
• If Cancellation made within 12 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
• If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days.
